To show that the we care! programme is fun, and at the same time to find new talents among the Team Members we have organised various challenges with prizes.
 
In May 2009 we have asked our team members to design a Global Sustainability Initiative Poster for a chance to win a solar/wind-up radio and a solar charger. There were over 40 high quality and creative posters submitted.

In late 2008 we have announced a we care! ecoLearning Challenge for a chance to win an eco-kettle. The task was to answer 3 questions based on the 3 ecoLearning courses available in 8 languages on OnQ Hilton University, and write a short story how we care! has changed your life.
There were over 100 team entries. We do have some undiscovered talents among our team members and would like to be able to award all of you. However, we had to make a difficult decision and only award 3 teams:

Back in 2007 we announced a we care! Film Challenge. The task was to create a 10 minute film about the we care! and a prize was a Mountain Bike for each member of the film crew team. The entries came from:
